Thanh Hoa Prov., Muong Lat Distr., Trung Ly Municipality, Tao vill., ca 680 m, around point 20°27′23″N 104°42′46″E, shale and sandstone mountains, on cliffs, edges of secondary bamboo forests.
Perennial herb; flowers with lip pink.
Was common, nowadays become endangered species due to logging for timber and mainly to enlarged shifting cultivation.
