Gesneriaceae Chirita sp. Phu Tho Prov., Tan Son Distr., Xuan Son Comm., Ten shale mountain, around point 21006′55” N, 104056′08” E, 900-1240 m, about 3 km to SW of Du vill., 21007′26” N, 104057′29” E. In undisturbed and slightly logged primary evergreen broad-leaved forests on upper slopes and ridges of shale mountains. Perennial herbs, between rocks, ca. 0.3 m tall; flowers violet.
