Melastomataceae Phu Tho Prov., Tan Son Distr., Xuan Son Comm., Ten shale mountain, around point 21006′55” N, 104056′08” E, 900-1100 m, about 3 km to SW of Du vill., 21007′26” N, 104057′29” E. In rather open places of slightly logged evergreen primary forests on slopes of shale mountains. Perennial herbs; flowers pinkish.
