Dendrobium oligophyllum Gagnep.

Son La Prov., Quynh Nhai Distr., Ca Nang Comm., Pu Cau Mt., 600-900 m, about 2-4 km to NE of Quynh Nhai FPD Station, around point 21°50′10”N, 103°34′12”E, 203 m, medium part of slope of limestone mountains.

In heavily logged primary closed evergreen broad-leaved submontane forests and scrubs suffered from fire.

Epiphyte. Rare.
