Ha Giang Prov., Quan Ba Distr., Can Ty Comm., ca. 1200-1400 m, about 1 km to W of Dau Cau Vill. (around point 23005′06” N, 105001′56” E), ridges of limestone mountains.
Scattered in herb storey of the primary closed evergreen conifer submontane forests where dominant is Pseudotsuga sinensis. Lithophyte. Flowers greenish.
