Quang Binh prov., Quang Ninh distr., Truong Son comm., Truong Son Logging Enterprise, near logging site No 1, around point 17°19′03” N, 106°23′38” E, 100-120 m a.s.l., mainly on foot of sandy rock mountain, in primary and secondary closed evergreen broad-leaved lowland forests.

Terrestrial. Flowers whitish-pinkish.
