Quang Binh prov., Quang Ninh distr., Truong Son comm., Truong Son Logging Enterprise, near logging site No 1, around point 17°19′03” N, 106°23′38” E, 100-120 m a.s.l., dominant in vegetation along sandy rock stream banks, foot of primary and secondary closed evergreen broad-leaved forests on sandy rock mountains.

Small trees, 3-4 m tall. Flowers whitish. Dominant.
