Remnants of primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forests on very steep slopes of hill composed with solid highly eroded limestone at elevation 450-500 m a.s.l.
Undershrub about 0.5 m tall in rather open steep slope. Flower buds light green-whitish. Rare.
