Remnants of primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forests on very steep rocky slopes of stream canyon composed with sandstone at elevation 400-450 m a.s.l.

Woody fern to 3 m tall and fronds to 3 m long in rather open place along stream wet rocks. Common.
