Remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved forest along rocky stream canyon composed with highly eroded marble-like solid limestone at elevation about 160-250 m a.s.l.
Climbing shrub with shoots to 5 m long along rocky stream valley. Fruits juicy, brightly red. Not common.
