Phu Tho Prov., Tan Son Distr., Xuan Son Municipality, Du village, Ten Mountain, around mountain top, point 21°06′49”N 104°56′03”E.

Primary broad-leaved evergreen forest on steep mountain slopes composed with shale at elevation 1100-1250 m a.s.l.

Terrestrial and lithophytic herb to 0.5 m tall on very steep mossy rocky slopes and cliffs. Leaves underside purple. Very common around the mountain top.
