FLORA OF VIETNAM Plants of Yen Bai Province Gentianaceae Gentiana ?
Yen Bai Prov., Mu Cang Chai Distr., Nam Co Comm., Phinh Ngai Vill., Trung Tu Pa hill, around point 21053′43” N, 104018′17” E. Rather common on open places and edges of secondary and completely logged primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forests, 1700-1750 m a.s.l., on shale and sandstone basic rocks, mixte sometimes with quartzite. Perennial herb, ca. 6-9 cm tall.
