Polygala sp.

Northern Vietnam, Lao Cai Prov., Van Ban Distr., to the west of Nam
Xay village (around point 21°58′09′'N, 104°00′55′'E). Primary
broad-leaved evergreen montane forest with bamboo along tops of
granite/quartzite ridge at elev. 1800 m a.s.l. Shrub 1-1.5 m hg
Flowers light violet with deep purple-violet tips of tepals. Not
common.
