Secondary closed broad-leaved evergreen forest and scrub on rocky steep slopes of remnant mountains composed with solid highly eroded crystalline deep gray limestone.
Epiphyte (on Adenanthera microsperma, Gleditsia sp., Streblus macrophyllus, Streblus ilicifolius) and lithophyte on steep rocky slope near top of mountain. Not rare.
