Primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep mountain slopes composed with shale, sandstone and granite along rocky stream valley at elevation 500-700 m a.s.l.
Woody fern up to 2 m tall along river slopes. Very common. Usual co-dominant od shrub stratum.
