Primary mossy coniferous forest with Tsuga sinensis on tops of high rocky ridge composed with highly eroded marble-like limestone.
Lithophytic and epiphytic shrub up to 2 m tall along rocky mossy ridge edge. Fruits black-blue. Very common.
