Primary mossy coniferous forest with Tsuga sinensis on tops of high rocky ridge composed with highly eroded marble-like limestone.
Terrestrial and lithophytic herb up to 2 m tall. Flowers yellow, red speckled, leaves deep green, deep violet below. Locally very common.
