Remnants of primary coniferous forest with Pseudotsuga sinensis on tops of high rocky remnant ridge composed with highly eroded marble-like limestone.
Terrestrial herb up to 1.5 m tall in secondary grassland on very steep mossy rocky slope. Flowers white, fragrant. Not common.
