Broad-leaved evergreen forest with Pinus kwangtungensis and Podocarpus pilgeri on tops of ridge composed with rocky crystalline solid marble-like highly eroded limestone at elev. 1200-1350 m a.s.l.
Climbing shrub 1.5-2 m tall. Fruits orange. Not common.
