Secondary open evergreen broad-leaved forest and secondary woodlands on very steep mountain slopes along rocky stream valley composed predominantly with weathered granite at elev. about 1000-1100 m a.s.l.

Aquatic and riparian herb on rice field. Flowers white. Common weed in the area.
