S.Vietnam, Thua Thien Hue Prov., Phu Loc Distr., Bach Ma National Park, Bach Ma mt, about 6 km to the W from headquarter to Hai Vong Dai peak, around point 16°11′65′'N 107°51′53′'E at elev. about 800 m a.s.l.
Mixed and broad-leaved evergreen primary closed mt forest on steep granite slopes. Tree 6-7 m tall on steep slope. Flowers dull yellowish. Occasional. HLF 1145 20 April 2003.
