In closed primary evergreen submontane forest on steep
granite slopes. Evergreen tree or shrub, c. 5-8 m long, dbh 0.2 m. Collectors: N.V. Trai, Q.D. Trong, N.Q. Hung, N.T.K. Thanh and T.N. Tuan.
