Scattered along stream of the closed primary evergreen submontane forest
area. Small tree, c. 7 m tall. Leaves silvery beneath. Collectors: N.V. Trai, Q.D. Trong, N.Q. Hung, N.T.K. Thanh and T.N. Tuan.
