S.Vietnam, Ninh Thuan Prov., Ninh Hai Distr., Vinh Hai Municipality,
Vinh Hy village, around point 11o41′24′'N 109o09′54′'E at elev. about
100 m a.s.l.

Open secondary shrubs on dry rocky coastal ocean slopes and cliffs
composed with granite and sandstone.

Deciduous tree 15-20 tall. Flowers reddish with yellow margin of
tepals. Common.
