E slopes on Nui Chua mountains to SW of point 11o43′52′'N
109o08′35′'E at elev. about 800-950 m a.s.l.

Primary evergreen closed dry forest on rocky mountain slopes composed
with granite.

Terrestrial and lithophytic herb up to 1.5 m tall among rocks.
Flowers: tepals whitish, central tepal deep yellow with deep red
center. Common.
