Vietnam, Binh Phuoc Prov., Phuoc Long Distr., Bu Gia Map Municipality, near Bu Gia Map national park headquarter, around point 12°05′12″N 107°09′26″E at elev. about 200 m a.s.l.

Dry secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest and shrubs on basalt soils. Terrestrial tuberiferous ephemeroid herb with inflorescence up to 0.5 m tall. Stalk dull light greenish-brown with whitish spots. Occasional.
