Vietnam, Lam Dong Prov., Lac Duong Distr., Da Chais Municipality, around point 12°05′27′N 108°39′43″E, at elevation 2100-2300 m a.s.l. along main ridge of Bi Doup mt.

Primary mossy wet coniferous forest with Fokienia hodginsii along main ridge.

Terrestrial and lithophytic rosulate herb on mossy cliffs. Flowers blue, tube inside with two yellow stripes, leaves usually with irregular pinnate white markings or uniform dark green. Very common.
