Pinus krempfii

Vietnam, Lam Dong Prov., Lac Duong Distr., Da Chais Municipality, around point 12°08′17′N 108°40′47″E, at elevation about 1600 m a.s.l.

Primary mixed forest with Pinus dalatensis and P. krempfii on W slope of Gia Rich ridge.

Treelet 12-14 m tall of tree up to 30-35 m tall. Common. One of dominant of first forest stratum. Branches infected with insects larvae.
