Vietnam, Lam Dong Prov., Lac Duong Distr., Da Chais Municipality, around point 12°08′31′N 108°39′01″E, at elevation 1400-1500 m a.s.l.

Open grassy woodlands with Pinus kesiya on hill slopes.

Terrestrial ephemeroid tuberiferous herb. Flowers bright yellow lateral sepals and lip with brown-purple marks at base. Not common.
