(Pinus langbianensis Cheval.)

Vietnam, Dak Nong Prov., Dak Glong Distr., Dak Som Municipality, steep hill slopes at elevation 800-900 m a.s.l. around point 11°52′27″N 107°55′33″E.

Secondary open mixed forest with P. khesya and bamboo.

Tree up to 25-30 m tall. Very common co- and mono-dominant of mixed and coniferous forest.
