Vietnam, Dak Nong Prov., Dak Glong Distr., Dak Som Municipality, around point 11°53′06″N 107°55′15″E at elevation about 800 m a.s.l. in vicinities of Dak Som village.

Open shrubby and grassy swamp along stream in depression between low hills composed with basalt.

Terrestrial tuberiferous herb. Sepals brown-purple. lateral sepals with yellow-brown median stripe, lip deep purple-brown, column white. Locally common.
