Vietnam, Quang Tri Prov., Da Krong Distr., Huc Nghi Municipality, in vicinities of Cop village around point 16°27′50″N 107°00′41″E at elevation about 428 m a.s.l.

Secondary broad-leaved evergreen lowland forest on montane hills composed with shale.

Terrestrial and lithophytic herb up to 2 m tall on shady rocky very steep stream slope and along rocky stream valley. Flowers green, fruits orange-red. Locally common.
