Dry broad-leaved secondary evergreen forest on very steep rocky slopes and on vertical cliffs of remnant highly eroded rocky limestone mountains composed by solid crystalline limestone at elevation 350-450 m.
Semi-woody vine 4-6 m long on open mossy rocks. Fruits red-orange to dark red-purple. Not rare.
