Primary and secondary broad-leaved evergreen dry forest on solid rocky highly eroded limestone at elev. 1200-1450 m a.s.l.

Lithophytic clustering herb on exposed mossy ricks on the mountain top. Flowers white, lip with yellow center and 3 short brown keels. Locally common.
