N. Vietnam, Ha Giang prov., Meo Vac distr., Shung Cha municipality, vicinities of Lo Loi Phin village (N 23°11′ E 105°17′). Wet secondary mossy forest near the top of remnant karst limestone ridge at elev. 1250 m a.s.l. Climbing shrub or vine up to 3 m lg in open place. Fruits reddish, flowers white. Very common.
