S. Vietnam, Prov. Lam Dong, 29 km to NE from Dalat city, distr. Lac Duong, municipalite Da Chay. Primary mixed cloud forest with Fokienia hodginsii on peaks of Bi Dup ridge at 2150 m alt. in 1.5 km to N from main peak of mt system (N 12° 06′, E 108° 39′). Terrestrial and epilite herb on open steep mossy slopes. Flowers white or light lilac. Common. VH 3019 22.03.1997 International Botanical Expedition of the U.S.A.
