S. Vietnam, Prov. Lam Dong, distr. Lac Duong, municipalite Da Chay, 40 km to NE from Dalat city. Closed primary wet broadleaved cloud forest on SW macroslope of Hon Giao mt. ridge at 1700 m alt. (N 12° 11′, E 108° 43′). Terrestrial herb up to 20 cm hg on shadow wet slopes. Flowers white, anthers brightly yellow. Not rare. VH 4130 21.04.1997 International Botanical Expedition of the U.S.A.
