Carex sp. S. Vietnam, Prov. Lam Dong, distr. Lac Duong, municipalite Da Chay, 40 km to NE from Dalat city. Closed primary very wet broadleaved forest along stream canyon on SW macroslope of Hon Giao mt. ridge at 1600-1700 m alt. (N 12° 11′, E 108° 43′). Terrestrial sedge on steep slopes of stream canyon.
