S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Mang Den pass on road from Kon Plong town (14°30′N, 108°15′E) to Hieu Municipality, Mang La forest enterprise (14°39′N, 108°25′E). Secondary highly degraded dry open forest on steep slopes along road at elev. 800 m. Tree about 8 m hg. Not common.
