S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Hieu Municipality, Mang La forest enterprise (14°39′N, 108°25′E). Primary broad-leaved wet evergreen forest on sandstone at elev. 1100-1200 m. Shrub 1-1.5 m hg in open places along forest stream. Flowers white, calyx pink-violet, filaments light pink, anthers bright pink with yellow base. Locally common.
