S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Hieu Municipality, Mang La forest enterprise (14°39′N, 108°25′E). Secondary wet short tall grasslands along forest stream at elev. 1100-1200 m. Flowers yellow. Very common. Commonest weed all over the area.
