Primary mossy cloud mixed forest (with Pinus, Fokienia, Dacrydium and Dacrycarpus) on very steep granite slopes at elev. 2000 m. Tree 30-35 m hg. One of codominant of 1 forest stratum at elev. 2000-2300 m.
