Ha Giang Prov., Quan Ba Distr., Tung Vai Commune, Kho My Village, around point 23.08460°N 104.88377°E steep rocky slopes composed with highly eroded limestone at elevation 1000–1250 m a.s.l. Primary evergreen broad-leaved very humid forest. Herbaceous vine 2 m long in open place. Not common. 6 October 2019, L. Averyanov, Nguyen Sinh Khang, T. Maisak, VR 1398 (HN, LE01061083, LE01066837).
