m hg on slope of forest river. Flowers white, calyx pink-violet,
filaments light pink, anthers bright pink with yellow base. Not common.

to 1 m hg on open places of steep slope. Fruit ovate about 20 cm diam.
Very common.

along forest river. Terrestrial fern with fronds up to 1.5 m lg. Very
common. Commonest dominant of deforestrated dry slopes.

hg. Flowers white, strong pleasant fragrant, axis and pistils
green, anthers yellow, filaments purple. Very common, one of
dominants of 2 forest stratum.
